Native rock is used to create the buildings as they appear today. Most rooms have heaters, to make the winter retreatant’s stay more comfortable. The rock architecture naturally keeps the rooms somewhat cooler during the summer months. Winter temperatures usually range from 30-40 degrees at night to 50-60 degrees during the day. Summer temperatures usually range from 65-75 at night to 95-105 during the day.
